Well it seems it doesnt run now after update I have 5c so no problem to run it anyway Im upset hoping for update or sumthing Ill chip them one tsss this game is made by Atari or sumthing I dont know

Wish this game would work on the iPhone 6 Plus was one of my favorite game of the snes ...

I recently upgraded my phone, and discovered the game wont launch in iOS 9. Dont buy this, it should be removed from the App Store until they can fix it.

I wrote an email to the creators of this app to ask if there has been any progress and, or effort to fixing the failure to launch problems for iPhone 6. I have received no response. It seems as though this is a long time problem for this app. Save your money and buy something that will work.

It was a great game until I updated to iOS9, now it no longer works. PLEASE UPDATE!

This app is not operational on iOS devices at this time. An update is needed in order for it to be functional again. Looking forward to an update release which fixes this issue, as the game itself is a classic masterpiece, preserved immaculately by the iOS controls, display, portability and iCloud. To the developer: Update the compatibility information to "Requires iOS 7 or later, but not 9 or later." Good luck SQUARE ENIX, and be sure to remind us to revise out app reviews upon release of the fix.

Square Enix has basically given up on their entire library of iOS games after the newest update and have no plans (or at least have given customers every clue to believe so) to update any of their games on mobile. It seems they have determined it is more cost effective and simply easier to put energy into releasing new games than properly updating and maintaining their current/older games.

So its been a month and no update to bring support for mana to ios9. This is not a cheap app ($5-15) depending when you bought it. This is horrible service from a company that is a shadow of its former self. Anyone who recently purchased this app should be offered a refund. Welcome to the world of digital downloads. The mega corporations now control the rights of what content you may access, and you dont really own any of it.

Thanks square for fixing this game as its one of my favs of all time and glad I can play it again! Square is on the ball these days and Im glad cuz they are my fav company for mobile gaming! Keep it up guys

Used to rent this game for my SNES at Albertsons when I was a kid. I have owned it in 3 formats now and I still love it. Glad it works on my phone now :)

Once an avid fan, I often hesitate before buying iOS ports of older games by SquareEnix because the company almost always fails to provide continued support for its apps. Theyre trading on a legacy & reputation that has run its course for the most part. And, yes, theyve been paying attention because—from time to time—users tend to see half-hearted efforts such as the latest "update." Caveat emptor (Translation: Buyer beware). Edit (02/02/2015): Plus one star for MFi support. Please update The World Ends With You for newer devices. We paid good money for these titles, Squenix! Edit (09/30/2015): This would be a no-star review if at all possible, as SoM has not be updated for iOS 9 compatibility. Apple is not blameless, but Squenix has the resources to tackle such problems. Fantastic! They finally patched the game! If you tried to delete and re-download then your game file will probably be deleted. Dont give a bad rating because of your mistake. If you waited patiently like I did then your file will be in tact and your game will be working now!

One of the best games ever made, but seriously, its a 20 hour RPG. This game drastically needs iCloud saving support, its a nightmare to lose hours of progress if my phone breaks or something else happens.
